Bedrooms
Sleep snug, dream big.
Our two cosy bedrooms may be small, but they’re big on comfort. Think fluffy pillows, luxury linnen, beds measuring 1.60 x 2 metres, and that warm, 'I never want to get up' feeling.
One comes with its own ensuite, both with just enough space for your essentials (and a handy wardrobe nook). Compact, yes – but perfectly formed for sweet dreams.

Living spaces
Big enough for slow breakfasts, impromptu dance parties (best avoided) and curling up with a book you'll never finish.
An airy open-plan room where the kitchen and living area flow together, divided by a staircase that’s more sculpture than structure. Floor-to-ceiling glass brings the garden in, while Scandinavian design keeps things stylish. A Marshall speaker meanwhile ensures the soundtrack is just right.
With underfloor heating, air conditioning for cooling and heating, and storage for all your 'essentials', comfort is a year-round affair.
Kitchen
Kitchen goals, Piccadilly style
Small but mighty – our kitchen is ready for everything from a quick espresso to a multi-course dinner. Outfitted with chic SMEG appliances, a retro fridge, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook, sizzle, or plate up.
Here, function meets style, and suddenly cooking on holiday feels like fun.

Bathroom
Yes, our bathrooms are small. But oh, the details: fluffy hand and bath towels, heated towel rails, organic Marie-Stella-Maris toiletries, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror in every bathroom.
Bright, airy, and smarter than you’d expect – start and end your day here with a dash of boutique-hotel flair.
Outdoors
Sun, shade, repeat
Out here, time moves differently. Olive trees older than your grandma, plants that practically pose for photos, and terraces made for chasing the sun (or shade) from breakfast to G&T o’clock.
Fire up the outdoor kitchen and grill, cool off in the saltwater pool, rinse under the outdoor shower, or claim your spot with a book and a drink.
Out here, the only schedule is the one you create for yourself.
